The hotel is charming, small, and beautifully designed. Housed in a beautiful building. - the breakfast is marvelous with fruit salads, fresh bread, and cheeses, had everything you could imagine. - This is a venue go-to for Antwerp!

Hotel is very personal and the rooms are all different.

The only issue we have, is that there is no light in the hall where the wardrobe and the safe are, so you had to open the bathroom to get enough light to see.

Had amazing experience.

Plenty of food at the breakfast, I really enjoyed bread, cereals, and pastries. The hotel was placed in the very central location close to the city centre. Moreover, it was short walk to nice restaurants and bars as well as the Old Town and the Antwerp and the airport.

The hotel is based in a European style building. The staff were helpful. The location is very central, very near to the old town center. I was happy to find the Meat Factory nearby. The food served at the Meat Factory was nice.

Hotel is right in the centre on a quiet stereet. There is a very nice breakfast / tea patio which unfortunately is only open in the summer. Hotel is extremely clean and the stuff is very friendly and helpful. There is good wireless internet connection and complementary coffee and tea in the breakfast room

Room was freezing cold, the tv was tiny 14" and the lightbulbs were missing making the room very dark.

Unbeatable location near the river, main sights, shopping areas, restaurants, and shops. Comfortable beds and extremely pleasant rooms. - Very friendly and helpful staff offering excellent services.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They had a beautiful courtyard/garden and a 24 hour coffee machine in the lobby that could make all kinds of coffee and tea drinks. The breakfast area and selection were great and it was close to the main parts of Antwerp and the Kulminator.

The building is lovely and quaint and our room comfortable and very clean. Walking distance to great restaurants, museums and shopping. Loved the delicious breakfast and the coffee/expresso/chocolate machine. Every staff member we came in contact with were warm, helpful and patient. The hotel looks well maintained, cozy and clean. The location is very central in Antwerp near all the main tourist attractions, restaurants and the main shopping avenue.

Paying for parking seems a little overrated.

The room was airy and contemporary, offering a seating area, a writing desk, and ironing facilities. The breakfast was very good with plenty of options like fresh bread, cereals, and pastries.

We very much appreciated that our request for a room on the upper floors was respected. The neighbourhood was very quiet although central and ideally located. The breakfast buffet was also very nice although nothing exceptional. We think this hotel was extremely value for money at 150 EUR per night for 2 incl breakfast however this seemed to be a 40% discount so we would definitely not recommend the hotel at full price. There was nothing that we did not like about the place, it is also a beautiful old-style Antwerp house!
